Customer needs
1.Automotive dealers (4S stores, auto finance companies):
Manage instalment purchase or leasing schemes to ensure accurate tracking of repayment progress. Promptly notify customers of overdue payments to prevent arrears. Monitor vehicle locations in real time to prevent malicious transfer or pledging following payment default. For customers with long-term arrears (exceeding three months) or non-payment of lease fees, implement remote control mechanisms (fuel cut-off) to enforce repayment.
2.Customers purchasing vehicles on installment plans:
This scheme is based on “Internet of Things location technology + GPS locator + vehicle electronic control module + phased management platform” to build a risk control system for the whole process of vehicle phased sales, the specific contents are as follows:
Specific solution content
This scheme combines “Internet of Things location technology + vehicle positioning terminal (GPS + Beidou) + vehicle electronic pricing module + intelligent management platform” to build a whole-process management system for taxi operation, the specific contents are as follows:
1.Remote control and risk control module
The locator integrates the vehicle electronic control module, which is linked with the vehicle oil circuit and circuit. The dealer sets the remote control permission on the platform:
Early Warning Control: When a customer defaults on payments for over 30 days despite collection attempts, the administrator can issue a “Restriction Activation” command through the platform. Upon receiving this instruction, the vehicle will be permanently disabled after its next shutdown, with a display showing “Please repay promptly to resume usage”. The system will automatically restore normal operation when the customer makes payment, with the administrator issuing a “Restriction Release” command to activate the vehicle.
Forced Control: When a customer defaults for over 90 days (severe delinquency) or maliciously transfers the vehicle, refuses communication, the administrator may issue a “fuel and power cut-off” command. This immediately cuts off fuel and power supply to the vehicle (ensuring safety scenarios like when the vehicle is stationary, preventing accidents caused by interrupted fuel supply). After the shutdown, the vehicle can only be restored to use once the customer has fully settled overdue payments and penalty fees.
The platform records all remote control operations (control time, control type, operator, customer overdue status) to form operation logs and ensure compliance of control behaviors. Meanwhile, a control audit mechanism is set up: remote control can be executed only after being approved by two people from the risk control department of the seller to avoid abuse of control rights.
2.Driver and passenger service module
Driver-side application features: Supports viewing real-time location, emergency assistance (in the event of disputes or danger, pressing the assistance button will immediately notify the platform and display the vehicle’s location), and fuel cut-off.
